Great!The beef balls are absolutely lovely – smooth in texture yet springy. You could have mistaken it for fish balls if not for the slight hint of beef smell. It tastes slightly salty but nevertheless, very delicious.
Great!Generous bowl of beef consomme filled with mixed beef slices, tripe and tendon. Raw beef after a quick hot to medium rare, everything was so tender! its not much adding flavor, their soup of is authentic and simple.
You must try this if you like beef.
